SAHELI BY CHOICEÂ offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website. This policy is also applicable to all COD payments (if offered).
We at SAHELI BY CHOICE believe in 100% transparency, and we want to deliver exactly what we have committed to you. We are committed to make the delivery on a ‘best effort’ basis after acceptance of your order. Subject to events beyond our control, the Product/s will be dispatched within 2-3 days of the acceptance of the order. After dispatch, it should get delivered at your doorstep within 6-8 business days.
We generally ship through trusted courier companies, but we may use other services depending on factors like destination location coverage etc. In smaller cities where these carriers do not provide service, delivery may take an additional 2-3 days because of additional shipping time by other courier services.
We will communicate the dispatch details to you and will ship the Product/s to the mailing address provided by you while placing the order. If you do not receive the Product/s within a reasonable period, you should immediately notify us through customersupport@sahelibychoice.com
Customers shall reach out to us within 2-3 days of delivery confirmation shared by courier companies for any delivery related issue. After this period, we may not be liable for any non-delivery claims.
In some instances, it takes longer to dispatch the shipment, the same will be mentioned on the product detail page or will be communicated to the buyer. Under all other unavoidable circumstances which may cause delay, we shall update you to the contact modes provided by you.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case the order request is not acceptable to us. Upon such cancellation, we will give you full refund. Any such cancellation shall be at the sole discretion of SAHELI BY CHOICE and you will have no right to contest the same. The reasons for cancellation could be due to the non-availability of the Product/s, inaccuracy in Product or pricing information or due to reasons of any fraud or wrong usage of payment mechanism adopted by you. Any cancellation will be intimated to you by us over phone or mail.
In the event you desire to cancel any order, then, such cancellation must be done prior to the dispatch of the Product/s to you. If you cancel part of the order, then shipping charges for products having value below Rs 699/- will be charged extra from you.
If the order is cancelled by us, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will provide you full refund.
In all monetary refunds, we reserve the right to choose the mode of refund. Every returned product goes through a review cycle. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGE
We are dedicated to providing a safe shopping platform to make your shopping experience as simple as possible and hassle-free with us.
We take returns only if valid proof is provided in the form of video evidence while opening your order packet within 24 hours of receiving the order; Any claims for returns would otherwise be rejected.
You will need the order no and the registered email or mobile number associated with your order to place a return/exchange request.
We issue replacements or returns whichever is feasible for us for damage of products during transit within 24 hours of the original purchase of the product, provided the damaged product is return- shipped by you intact to an address requested by us. Only a replacement will be provided. A refund will only be provided if the product ordered is not available with us.Â
All customized or make to order products are FINAL and are not eligible for Returns/Exchanges.
If a product is defective, it can be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge by submitting an exchange request via the E-mail.
We try our best to deliver products in the right conditions by multiple quality control checks. In a very rare case, if an items suffers damage during transit, please submit an exchange request and include the product pictures, within 24 hours of receiving the order.And we process refund within 5-7 bussiness days , which applicable for returns aswell.
